We will talk about the initial success of our previous program and how it ultimately failed. We will then talk about the process to revamp the behavior based safety program and the re-branding of the behavior based safety at the mine.

- How the program was revamped and the importance of getting a committed steering committee.
|Chris Cosgrave has been a Safety Manager at both underground and surface mines. He recently transferred to Colstrip Montana to become Safety Manager at Westmoreland Rosebud Mining. In the fall of 2019 Rosebud Mine revamped the existing behavior based safety program, Chris will share his insights on the revamp with all of you that attend this presentation.|
