ISO 45001 is the new International Safety Standard that has replaced OHSAS 18001. This new standard has several elements that are directly related to Behavior Based Safety (BBS). For example, ensuring that a safety process continually improves and actively engages employees are key components of this standard.
This session will review why a well-designed safety management system should include a BBS process and that this will help meet the spirit and intent of ISO 45001.
