The Cambridge Center for Behavioral Studies (CCBS) has accredited behavioral safety programs since 2003, completing 45+ site assessments. This breakout session explores how CCBS accreditation guides organizations toward safer systems. Using a behavior engineering model, we summarize a meta-analysis of accreditation recommendations by CCBS commissioners to illustrate the evolution of the CCBS accreditation process and reveal emerging safety trends. This approach orients attendees to key differences between performance management and behavior systems analysis.
