Human Performance Technology (HPT) has emerged in recent years as a methodology in the field of behavioral safety. His presentation sets the context for a more in-depth presentation about application of the Performance Thinking®methodology at a major biotechnology firm where it has been applied worldwide to drive improvement across a wide variety projects and initiatives.

Dr. Carl Binder is CEO of The Performance Thinking Network where he develops performance consultants, leaders, and managers in organizations worldwide. Starting in 1970 as a student with B.F.
