The safety field collects a lot of data from training records to observations. Unfortunately, this critical intelligence is often not used, miss-used, or just plain ignored. This workshop focuses on using data for assessing strong safety cultures. We’ll discuss methods of analyzing your data and using predictive analytics to assess BBS process. We’ll discuss how data can assess the quality of your observations, and how data can be used as a coaching tool. Finally, case studies will demonstrate how using data your data helps assess your evolving safety culture.
