The conference and exhibit are open Wednesday, October 16th and Thursday, October 17th from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The conference fee includes:

The conference registration does not include Tuesday pre-conference workshops.

Pre-Conference Workshop Fees
Pre-conference workshops will be offered on Tuesday, October 15th. A variety of sessions will be offered from 8 a.m. – 12 a.m. and from 1 p.m. – 5 p.m. Workshop fees include all pre-conference workshop materials.

* The presenter discount is limited to two presenters per presentation.
** In order to qualify for the student rate, you must be able to demonstrate that you are carrying 15 or more credit hours as an undergraduate in a full-time capacity at a university or college, and not be employed full-time in the safety, environment or health fields.
Terms and Conditions
Registration Policy
Substitutions: If a registrant is not able to attend the Behavioral Safety Now conference, Behavioral Safety Now does not provide a refund but a substitute can attend the conference without any charge.
Cancellations: If you cancel your registration no later than August 31, 2019, a $100 cancellation fee will be deducted from all refunds. Postponements: In the case Behavioral Safety Now postpones the conference due to unforeseen circumstances (see below), the amount paid by registrant will be credited towards the rescheduled date. If the rescheduled date is not suitable for the registrant to attend the conference, Behavioral Safety Now will provide the registrant with 100% credit to attend the next Behavioral Safety Now conference. Behavioral Safety Now will not provide refunds for cancellations or postponements.
Liability: Behavioral Safety Now is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, alteration, cancellation or postponement of an event. Nor will any liability attach to Behavioral Safety Now if this event is altered, rescheduled, postponed or cancelled due to a fortuitous event, unforeseen occurrence or any other event that renders performance of this conference inadvisable, illegal, impracticable or impossible.
For the purposes of this clause, a fortuitous event shall include, but shall not be limited to: an Act of God; governmental restrictions and/or regulations; war or apparent act of war; terrorism or apparent act of terrorism; disaster; civil disorder, disturbance, and/or riots; curtailment, suspension, and/or restriction on transportation facilities/means of transportation; or any other local or national emergency. Please note that speakers and topics were confirmed at the time of publishing, however, circumstances beyond the control of the organizers may necessitate substitutions, alterations or cancellations of the speakers and/or topics.
Behavioral Safety Now reserves the right to alter or modify the advertised speakers and/or topics if necessary. Any substitutions or alterations will be updated on our web page as soon as possible.
Payment Policy
Payment is due in full at the time of registration and includes lunches, refreshments and conference materials. Your registration will not be confirmed until payment is received and may be subject to cancellation.
Discounts
All ‘Early Bird’ Discounts must require payment at time of registration and before the cut-off date to receive any discount.
Any discounts offered by Behavioral Safety Now (including group discounts) must also require payment at the time of registration.
Only one discount applies per registrant.
Insurance
Registration fees do not include personal, travel or medical insurance of any kind. Registrants are advised when registering for the conference and booking travel that a travel insurance policy be taken out to cover loss, cancellation, medical cover, etc. for any reason. Behavioral Safety Now does not take any responsibility for any attendees failing to insure.
